all ears
Listen...that is what Pope Francis is asking us to do this month. He wants us to be bridge builders of mercy and peace. Click here to hear his plea. He wants us to think globally and act locally. He wants us to be “all ears.”
“Interreligious dialogue is an indispensable condition for peace and a duty for all believers”. Pope Francis.*

Speak, LORD, for your servant is listening. 1 Samuel 3:9
Dear Lord,
I want to be a bridge builder of mercy and peace. Please give me a heart of compassion and understanding for all that you place in my path. May I always be quick to hear and slow to speak. Speak loudly and clearly through my actions of love and respect for all of Your dear creatures. I love You Lord. Help me to love You more by loving my neighbor. By this all will come to know You. And if the time is right, give me words to speak of You, but only after I have lovingly listened. Help me be able to say, “I’m all ears” first to You and then to others.
I ask this in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
*Read more: “Interreligious dialogue, he said, should not be limited merely to leaders of religious communities, but must also extend as far as possible to all believers, since it is above all “a conversation about human existence”. Through dialogue, he told the religious leaders present, a spirit of fraternity is developed, which unites and favours the promotion of moral values, justice, freedom and peace.” http://en.radiovaticana.va/news/2015/06/06/pope_says_interfaith_dialogue_is_a_duty_for_all_in_bosnia/1149623
